Block the chatbot, not the whole learning tool.
When a district enables unapproved-AI blocking, Tenet uses known interface signatures and local multi-signal detection to identify supported and observable AI chat and writing panels outside the approved list. On managed Chrome devices, it blocks the detected panel while leaving the surrounding application available.
AI no longer lives only on chatbot websites. Grammarly AI web experiences are one current example, and Tenet includes product-specific signatures for supported Grammarly app surfaces. Coverage depends on the web surface and may change as vendors update their interfaces. District allowlists and bypasses remain in control.
