Website terms

Terms for the public TrueMadeAI website.

These terms apply to truemadeai.com. A district's use of Tenet is governed by its signed service agreement and Data Processing Addendum, not by this page alone.

Last updated August 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing this public website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Website scope

This site provides information about TrueMadeAI, Tenet, district pilot opportunities, and educational resources. It does not create a contract for Tenet services. Pricing, service levels, security commitments, data-processing terms, and product obligations are established in a separate signed agreement.

3. Product status and informational content

We work to keep public product information accurate, but features and availability may change. Tenet Edge is the currently available direct-use product. Tenet Gateway is offered through a founding-district program and is not represented as generally available.

Educational and compliance resources are provided for general information. They are not legal advice, a certification, or a substitute for review by district counsel and other qualified professionals.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to compromise, disable, or overload the site.
  • Use automated requests in a way that materially disrupts the site.
  • Submit false contact information or use forms to send unlawful or unsolicited material.
  • Use site content in a way that misrepresents TrueMadeAI, Tenet, or product availability.

5. Pilot and contact submissions

Information submitted through a pilot or contact form must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance into a pilot, create a service relationship, or commit either party to a purchase. We handle submitted information as described in our privacy notice.

6. Intellectual property

The TrueMadeAI and Tenet names, logos, site design, and original content are owned by TrueMadeAI or used with permission. You may link to public pages and make reasonable quotations with attribution. Other copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to government sources, research, video platforms, scheduling services, and other third parties. Their content and practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not necessarily mean TrueMadeAI endorses every statement or service on that site.

8. Disclaimer

The public website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TrueMadeAI disclaims warranties concerning the public site's uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Commitments in a signed district agreement are not limited by this website disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrueMadeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of this public marketing site. This section does not alter obligations or remedies established in a signed customer agreement.

10. Changes

We may update these website terms as the site changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply to later use of the site.

11. Contact
