Our current target
We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our current accessibility target for the public marketing site and Tenet interfaces. This is a target, not a certification or a claim that every page and product state has completed a formal conformance audit.
Current marketing-site practices
The current site includes design and implementation choices intended to support accessible use:
- A skip link and semantic page landmarks.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Responsive layouts that support text enlargement and smaller screens.
- Form labels and text-based status or error messages where forms are used.
- A reduced-motion mode that limits nonessential animation when the device requests it.
- Meaningful headings, descriptive link text, and alternative text for informative images.
Ongoing work
Accessibility review is ongoing as pages, product features, and supported AI surfaces change. We prioritize barriers that prevent someone from completing a core task. We also review third-party services, but their accessibility is partly controlled by their providers.
Alternate formats
If you need public site content or procurement information in another format, contact us and describe the format that would work best. We will review the request and provide a reasonable alternative when we can.
Report an accessibility barrier
Please include:
- The page, product area, or task you were trying to use.
- The browser, device, and assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing them.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Email support@truemadeai.com or call 773-766-5694. We will route the report to the appropriate product or website owner.
